Built by the Community, for the Community

Our vision is to make Books Commander the #1 community-led GPT for QuickBooks automation — delivering the most accurate results with fewer errors, greater understanding, and less trial-and-error.

No Training on Customer Data

Because we work with sensitive financial information, we do not train our models on customer data*. Your private data stays private. However, we do welcome user feedback to help us improve. All submissions are scrubbed for sensitive content before being used to enhance the GPT experience.

How to Submit Feedback

The best way to make Books Commander better is to tell us what could be improved. While in the GPT, simply tell it what to submit.

  • Submit direct feedback: "The GPT should format journal entries correctly on the first try."
  • Or ask it to summarize the session: "Submit feedback summarizing what went wrong in today's session to help improve accuracy moving forward."

Why It Matters

By listening to our community, we're creating a GPT that understands context better, completes tasks with greater precision, and reduces the need for rework. With your help, we're turning Books Commander into the go-to assistant for automating QBO. And the benefit to you? A smarter, more accurate GPT that gets things right the first time — saving you time, reducing frustration, and helping you move faster with fewer corrections.

Your input shapes this product. Thank you for being part of the journey.
